Right. The Bondage Boutique Leather Ball Stretcher is a superbly crafted supple device designed to separate the testicles from the rest of the body. As far as stretchers go, this one is quite tame and is perfect for a beginner or someone curious about trying it out.

It’s crafted from leather, as the name implies, fastens with a series or press studs around the scrotum with ease and has an internal pouch that fastens with a small zip on the inside. It’s 3 inches wide, which may sound a lot to stretch but I didn’t suffer any discomfort at all. This obviously depends on personal anatomy but if 3 inches is too much then 1, 2 or 3 press studs can be fastened instead of the full 4. The one thing you’ll immediately notice when trying it out is the vast amount of space in the middle. For me, the hole is far too wide and would just fall off if I attached it and did nothing else. This is where the handy pouch comes in. It’s ideal for slipping some material, wadding, or some other type of soft stuffing inside, which will decrease the size of the whole, depending on how tight you want it to be. You can, of course, insert weights or other items inside, should you so choose.

Wearing the device takes a little time to become used to, but it certainly isn’t uncomfortable, particularly if you take the time to make it fit perfectly, as I have described above. It does make wearing tight underwear highly difficult, but boxer shorts or other loose fitting designs are fine.

There is one physical reaction you should be aware of. When approaching orgasm, the body does a number of things: the cow per’s gland begins to produce lubricant (often called pre-cum) and the testicles begin to transfer semen into the seminal vesicles (behind the prostate gland) to name a couple. The scrotum will tighten up as part of this process and will pull the testicles in towards the body. Conversely, if you want to delay orgasm, pulling the testicles away from the body just before orgasm can do just that. There are various devices designed to delay orgasm using this method and ball stretchers can do that as a by product of their main function. Of course, orgasms are still possible whilst wearing the device, but they may take a little longer than usual.

The are a number of different stretcher designs on the market. From soft leather designs like this, to variable length steel units, to heavy parachute designs for attaching weights to. This is a great design for someone starting out who’d like to give this type of play a try.
